located just west of the intersection of North Avenue and Euclid

“One Woman Rising” was commissioned in 2013 by The Chelko Foundation to honor the participants in Eve Ensler’s first global call to action to end violence against women and girls. Atlanta artist Phil Proctor and a team of painters led by World Champion bodypainters Scott Fray and Madelyn Greco created a work of art that has become an internationally recognized symbol of women’s empowerment.
