Freedom Park Flow

Join Freedom Park Conservancy as we stretch and flow into fall with an hour of yoga during autumnal equinox! Together we will embrace change, get grounded, and find balance as we set intentions for the new season amidst Freedom Park’s trees and sculpture.

Certified instructor Amanda Burtch will lead this one hour vinyasa session outside in the park. Bring your mat and water. All levels welcome.

Amanda Burtch teaches Vinyasa yoga with a focus on alignment and breath guided movements that uplift and strengthen the body and the mind. She began teaching yoga in 2017 and has been practicing yoga since 2013. Amanda was inspired by the physical and mental healing qualities of yoga and knew she wanted to bring that feeling into the lives of as many people as possible. Her classes bring lightheartedness into the flow combined with supportive assists and feel-good vibes. Amanda is an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She completed her YTT certification through CorePower Yoga in 2017.
